First Baptist Church of Valparaiso, Indiana is seeking a lead pastor, A man who is 30-45 years old with a Bachelor's or Masters Degree from a Bible college or seminary with a minimum 5 years of pastoral experience. We are looking for a pastor who has a strong belief in and knowledge of the Bible, has the ability to foster authentic relationships with current congregation, and willingness to engage in the community and in outreach to facilitate growth in congregation size and ministry.
